The service
CosVoice gives your AI assistant a phone number and an email address, answers and places calls on your instruction, and delivers written debriefs. You must be 18 or older and use the service for your own or your organisation's legitimate purposes.
Acceptable use
- Do not use a line for unsolicited marketing, robocalling, harassment, impersonation of a specific person, emergency services, or anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to make the line hide that it is an AI when asked.
- You are responsible for the instructions you give and for the numbers you ask the line to call.
Text messages
If you opt in, your line may text your mobile about your calls and requests (debriefs, confirmations, replies to your own texts). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help; you can also change this in Settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your line never sends marketing texts to third parties.
Pricing
Starter is $29 per month with 60 minutes of connected call time included, Plus is $69 with 200 minutes, and Pro is $149 with 600 minutes; additional minutes are $0.25 each on every plan. Founding members receive Plus for $49 per month for their first 12 months. Minutes are rounded up per call. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Availability and limits
Telephony depends on carriers and model providers; we work hard to keep lines up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The line never makes payments and does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.
Termination
You can close your line at any time. We may suspend lines that violate these terms. On closure we release the number and delete call content within 30 days.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a claim.
